Instructions: Complete this form to be reconsidered for Promise eligibility. Before submitting, please make sure you've completed an admissions application or FAFSA/TASFA with Howard College. The appeal form must be completed by the student.
All requirements must be completed prior to submitting your appeal and verification of completion provided. Appeal decisions will be made within 10 business days of receiving the completed appeal and supporting documentation.
